This Thursday (8/26) at the Lincoln Center in NYC, Dream Hampton will be premiering her new documentary, Black August: A Hip-Hop Benefit Concert. The evening will be hosted by M1 of dead prez and will feature a performance by Blitz the Ambassador as well a panel discussion on the history of Black August (featuring Talib Kweli).
